On August 29th 2020, Leslie Keiser(age 16), daughter of Natalie Keiser passed away from an unfortunate event. Her death was completely unexpected.

As a single mother, a heart wrenching event like this is hard enough to deal with, let alone the worry of the financial burden. We are asking that you would consider helping during this time of loss.

Yesterday was hard. Saying your final goodbyes and knowing you will not see her face again. We instead hold on to the pictures and memories of the times we had together. So many people rallied around to provide food. Thank you all. Wolf point Assembly of God with Pastor Tony Sifuentes were so gracious to the family and did a wonderful job. They are blessed to have such a good pastor. Thank you all once again for your generosity.

In Memory Of
Leslie Kay Keiser, age 16, of Wolf Point
December 5, 2003 – August 28, 2020
On Friday evening, August 28, 2020, Leslie Kay Keiser, age 16, died in a tragic accident. Her life was cut too short. She had a saying in her room that said “Don’t be so sad. It’s such a waste of time.” Leslie was born on December 5, 2003 in Wolf Point, Montana to Ronald Glenn Keiser Jr., and Natalie Dawn Hempel Keiser. Leslie attended school in Wolf Point, Montana. She dropped out during the 8th grade. She was planning to get her GED, but life had different plans.
“Whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time.”
She made many friends throughout the years. She touched so many lives. She was a very quiet person. It was difficult for her to open up to people. She had a talent for fixing her hair and makeup. She loved clothes. She would try them on right away. She had dreams of becoming a photographer. She was a very hard worker. At the time of her death, she had 2 jobs. She worked at the theater and she worked at the Sherman as a housekeeper.
You are not promised tomorrow, don’t assume you have more time to get right with God. Live each day as if it could be your last.
Leslie was preceded in death by her grandfather Ronald Keiser Sr., her great-grandfather Clarence Krahn, and her great-grandmother Ella Hoch Krahn.
Leslie is survived by her mother Natalie Hempel Keiser of Wolf Point, Montana; her father Ronald Keiser Jr. of North Carolina; her sisters Doriane Keiser of Wolf Point, Montana; Alexis Keiser of California; her brothers Reno Byrd of Wolf Point, Montana, Ronnie Keiser-Brown of California, Keith Keiser of California, Daniel Keiser of California; her grandparents Kenneth Hempel and Diane Krahn Hempel of Poplar, Montana, Linda Romero Chambers of California; her uncles and aunts, Kevin (Dorinda) Hempel of Nebraska, Justin (Kim) Hempel of Illinois,, Derek Hempel of Nebraska, Rachel (Scott) Hempel Czaplewski of Nebraska, Stephanie (Pete) Hempel Jones of Colorado, Sarah Hempel of Nebraska, Julie (Kyle) Hempel Martin of North Dakota and many cousins. She came from a big family.
She will be missed by many, including her dogs Bear and Gilbert. She leaves a hole in our heart.
A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point, Montana. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at the Assembly of God Church in Wolf Point, Montana. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements and condolences for the family can be left by using the form below.
*** Due to COVID-19 guidelines we are asked to keep attendance at the services limited to 50 individuals. Masks are required for all public services.***
