Meet Lzzy the gentle giant schnauzer! This sweet girl is seven years old. she is intelligent, affectionate, stubborn and a velcro dog. always by our side. We rescued her at nine months of age. She was living outdoors in frigid conditions and was very malnourished. Her rough start in life may have contributed to her health battles since we got her. She has had several bouts of UTI , an enlarged spleen, kidney and digestive issues in her life journey. We have worked hard to provide for her care and treatment. We monitor her health closely with frequent vet checks and feed her costly prescription dog food. However due to the impact of Covid on my business and finances I am reaching out to you, Her latest battle is a adenoma tumor on one of her toes. The intial test on the tumor for cancer was inconclusive because they could not extract enough cells. Because of this the tumor must be surgically removed and tested. The tumor is growing and starting to effect the way she walks. The procedure must be done as soon as possible. The procedure is expensive. If the surgery and test on the tumor reveal cancer her toe will have to be amputated.. Your prayers for Lzzy are needed and appreciated.
