We are planting 4,000 churches in Nepal in 15 years.
Last three years, we have 70 plus church plants all over Nepal. This vision was launched in the fall of 2013 to reach unreached people groups namely Tharu, Chepang, Tamang, Dalits, and others. The Gospel went to Nepal in 1951 for the first time. However, more than 97 percentages of Nepalese are still unreached. The door for the Gospel is wide open in Nepal at present. Global Mission Nepal team believes that church-planting strategy is the best way to reach 97 percent of the global Nepalese population that remains unreached.
Here is what we are doing in Nepal:
- We recruit indigenous Nepali missionaries to reach their own communities
- We provide contextualized training to indigenous leaders and mobilize them to reach their own people groups.
- We have launched Church Planting Center in Kathmandu. Currently, there are 15 potential church planters are preparing. It is five months training. Potential indigenous church planters will graduate twice a years. We are expanding this center in 6 more regions of Nepal.
- In 2022, we are praying to establish the theological seminary in Nepal where we will be training South Asians and sending them to reach their own people.
However, our financial ability is very much limited. Our planters are praying for your prayer support and financial contribution.
Our vision for Nepal is to plant 4,000 churches in 15 years. Your prayerful contribution to support our indigenous church-planting missionaries will ignite church planting movement in Nepal. Would you prayerfully join us supporting our mission financially?
