Members of our church family lost their house to a fire on 2/21. Their dog, Kenzie, has suffered from smoke inhalation and has been at the vet, and due to seizures, also had to see a specialist. Our youth group would love to help ease this family's burden by helping them cover these vet bills. They are displaced from their home, losing everything, and have to worry about their Kenzie. If you could please help ease this concern so they can be able to make decisions about her healthcare without having to worry about these extensive bills, we believe it will bless their family beyond anything we can do for them right now. So please add the family to your prayers, and if you feel led to help, no amount is too small. Thank you!

It takes a lot of effort to get this girl to be still! She is making up for all that down time by constantly walking. She does amazing outside and on carpet, but she isn’t a fan of slippery floors. She did a number on her tongue from her lockjaw, so praying for full healing on that.

And then just a bonus praise report! Y’all have blessed us so much and poured out so much love. 90% of Kenzie’s vet bill is paid just from what has been donated! May the Lord bless all of you! We love and appreciate every single one of you.
God is so good. 💙

This girl is a miracle! Every day she gets leaps and bounds better. We are officially over the two week mark where the vet said anything could pop up. She went for a follow up yesterday and he said overall she’s doing amazing and was shocked by how far she has already come!
She has lost 10 pounds and really needs to increase her eating. Which of course she is fighting us on. We no longer have to syringe feed her. We blend everything up into a very runny smoothie basically for her to lick.

I just want to first say a huge thank you for the massive outpouring of love we have received. We are truly so thankful for everything everyone is doing and blessing us with.

Kenzie update:
Her tongue swelling is way down and her jaw definitely seems looser. She’s really getting the hang of syringe feeding. And she’s really squirmy. She has started trying to stand on her back legs and is starting to really move her front legs. She still seems to have minimal to no vision, but I have faith God will restore everything.
Her birthday is Sunday and I have the biggest feeling that she will hit a huge milestone by then.

    She’s home with us but she still has such a long journey ahead of her. She bit her tongue up pretty badly, so she is stuck with syringe feedings. She has movement in three of her legs (all except her front right), but she can’t really place them. She also seems to be mostly blind. But the doctor said her vision could come in waves and hopefully come back.
Our God is a god of miracles though and we are so eager to tell the testimony of Kenzie’s full restoration and healing.
