We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and deep hope to ask for your support for a brave little baby girl named eliete, who was recently diagnosed with retinoblastoma, which is a very rare and aggressive form of eye cancer.

Retinoblastoma is a type of eye cancer that primarily affects children between the ages of 2 and 5

Eliete Anaya was born on June 19, 2023, and lives in Angola. She was born healthy and without any problems. 

At 8 months old, her parents noticed a different glow in her right eye. They decided to go for a checkup, and that's when the fight began. Only three months later, they were able to secure a spot and underwent tests. 

She was diagnosed with an eye cancer called retinoblastoma. They were informed that there’s a tumor growing!  so to save the vision in her left eye, they would need eye removal surgery. After surgery, she was referred to the General Hospital in Angola, Luanda, for chemotherapy.

After a few sessions, the child returned to her normal routine; 

Eliete could see out of only one eye. However, three months later, her parents noticed the same glow in her right eye. They went back to Yona Hospital, located in Citadel, and were told there was nothing they could do to save the girl's vision because of another tumor growing again! And the surgery she needs was not performed in Angola and can only be performed in Brazil or Spain

Her father and mother are unable to  travel due to lack of funds, which is why they are requesting your support . Your contributions will cover the travel ,consultations and all necessary medical expenses for this girl.
